Possibly a new Tacoma.

WOW - this forum has a ton of stuff! Started millin' around after I began researching the purchase of a new Tacoma DCLB about a week ago. I've had two of the old school toyotas; 81 and 82 SR5's back in the late 80's - and since then, I've had about a 20 year repreave but it's time to go back. I haven't bought one yet but should have my mind made up here soon, especially after reading (and seeing) what the new Tacomas are all about. I'm sure I won't get too carried away with crazy mods, being I'm probably considered one of the "old guys" but I've still got some off-road race blood in me (came from AZ, now live in SC). Lookin' forward to really diving into some of your builds and I'm sure I'll have some questions if / when I buy one. Right now I have a full size chev crew cab 4WD; I refuse to buy another GM, never was a Ford guy, not dumb enough to buy Dodge. A Taco is what's on the menu!

Hey welcome. I love my truck I have had it a year and its well worth the money. I recently just looked up my trade in value (just for fun) and its worth more than what I payed over a year ago. I was amazed how much they hold their value! GL with your new tacoma when you get it you wont be dissapointed.

 

I've had mine for about 18 months and have 28k on it. Really happy with it and was the best choice I could've made at the time....
