    I purchased my first Tacoma (first Toyota) a couple nights ago on Friday and I'm pretty excited about it. This after spending the first 25 years of my driving life in the following vehicles: 75 Chevy Chevelle, 1990 Ford Escort, 1999 Chevy Metro, 2002 Saturn L2000, 2009 VW GTI, 2012 Honda Civic. By that list, you might understand why I'm stoked about owning a V6 Tacoma 4x4. Hah hah...

    After finding this blog and reading some of the threads, it seems that the Tacoma attracts some pretty thoughtful and interesting people. I look forward to getting to know you all better and making meaningful contributions to the site when opportunities arise.

    I've already found practical use in the site by reading the thread on DIY oil changes, after being unable to find any information on the topic in the 2014 owner's manual.
