6" lift for 08 Tacoma

Hi, I am fairly ignorant as to what I need to do to lift my truck.
I'm looking at the Rough country 6" for my 08 tacoma (access cab, sr5, trd offroad, v6, 6-speed manual). Is this a good/complete kit? Recommended tires after install? where is a reliable place to have it installed?
I am in columbus,ga and willing to travel an hour or two for quality work.

sorry for all the questions. I'm sure they are fairly common ones but again I am totally ignorant of this process and don't want to end up blowing a bunch of money and/or ruining my truck.
