I just found this website and I like it..a lot.

Just bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner SR5 (light gray interior)...the center console lid/armrest is worn and i'm not crazy about fabric covering it. Would like to replace it.

I'm looking for ideas about how to replace just the lid or the whole console.. it's attached to the 60/40 seats...

I like this Center Console Lid on ebay but I don't think it will fit.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/T202q1-Toyo...Parts_Accessories&hash=item27db893898&vxp=mtr

    I'd appreciate your help.

Go to an upholstery shop and have them replace in whatever material you would like.

Thanks, SV. I'll check it out. I guess some shop will have the right kind of material to cover it.

I found an auto upholstery guy and he recovered the console in about 3 hours. I think he knows his stuff. Thanks for the suggestion to recover, SV.

Thanks, Cypher! Yeh, I'm gonna try to keep the mod bug down. I should just be happy that it drives well and that we got the lights on the dash working. :woot:
