EZ Down tailgate strut system

    So my wife got me a brand new EZ-Down strut for the tailgate on my 2014 Tacoma for my birthdayezdown_zps43bc6c8c_ae57e78528b3ed55493a5d1256d7e70cb1a0052d.jpg. Halfway through the install I figured out that the torx bolt on the tailgate is apparently welded and cannot be removed to install this kit. Apparently that is the case from 2009+, so now I have a brand new EZ-Down that can't be returned and won't work on my truck. So, it is for sale. Asking $35 shipped. I'm just trying to recoup most of my money. It will work on any 2005-2009 Tacoma.
