Vibration TSB Now New Vibes

Had the TSB done for driveline vibes which made a difference, however now I have a vibration at 50-70 mph in the floor and seat. Dealer has road force balanced all four tires. This morning on the way to work steering wheel was vibrating also. This comes and goes. I was thinking, I had a Ford F-150 I had after market wheels installed on and tire dealer could not balance them unless he put the wheel weights on the edge of the rim. Balance weights now are stick on type inside of rim. Worth trying balancing with weights on edge of rims? Getting pretty fed up with my Taco!
