If money is a factor (welcum to the real world) then a basic kit will be perfect for u..the BDS kit sure looks badass.

You can get new sho later ansd springs.

The questionss and answers are awesome! Made me spilll ma beer and giigggle

    Displaying questions 1-8
Q: Will I need to get 1.25inch spacers with the lift kit in the front if I want to run 35x12.50 to avoid rubbing?
I have an 05 Toyota Tacoma double cab.

    A: Hello Cam Chang,

Thank you for the question. You can not run an additional spacer with this lift kit. If you would like to run a 35" tire you will need to install a 2" body lift kit. Please note that correct wheel backspace will be critical.

Look into bds/zone or even rough country's new 6" lift. I personally would stray away from fabtech and pro comp. There's more options now..I would start with the basic kit that way your can build it the way you want in the future. As far as wheels/tires go I would stick with 17's or 18's if you wanna run a 33. Otherwise, it will drive like a roller skate will low profiles..

i use to have my RBP 18's and i always wished they were smaller rims. even on 35's i felt they were too low profile for me. Id say 15-16. thats what id be running if i didn't have my DB lift that kept me from those size rims.
