front bumper and skids

    Bed mat, cleats, scangauge, new headlight bulbs, weather techs, more to come
    I need pix of the front bumper installed with stock skid plates on a 2nd gen. I can't figure out how to install my skid back up with the bumper in the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hey, I don't have any pics but it fits you just have to bend down a couple tabs. I've seen a couple ppl do it... I believe you pull down the lower valance put the skid up and put it back up.

    I know but do you see how those kick up towards the end and mr grimms don't? they are more straight. I want them to be more straight. I don't like the kick up at the end

    I understand you can't make it the way pilferey does, but how about doing something a little different than both already are? My idea is make the center hoop a bit taller, then come off at a slight downward angle towards the outsides of the bumper, giving the illusion of the straight outer hoops without looking like a pilferey copy. I will try to add a crude sketch from my phone to show what I mean.
