My fellow tacomaworlders, i have an 03 yzf r6 thats been acting up. Just wanted to know if there are any fellow members on here that are familiar with streetbike. Any help would be much appreciated. Compared to other forums this forum has the best knowledgable, helpful and friendly members ever.

so heres the deal, my bike turns over 3-4 times with the engine light flashing n then on the 5th or so try itll start. This only happens when i ride somewhere let it sit for a while and try to start it up. (Thought it was batt. Replaced batt. And issue remains) . But then when i get to my destination let it sit for a breif moment itll start up just fine but the engine light comes on and then off. Been trying to google search it but cant find anything or anyone with this issue. Any help would be much appreciated bike only has 18000 miles on it with a slip on exhaust. Hope someone can help. I wanna be able to ride but dont want to get stranded. Thanks in advance.
