4 wheel drive light stays on 4 wheel not engaging

    have 2006 access cab sr5. Four wheel light stays on and have no four wheel drive engaging.

    "Raptor Style" grill mod, aftermarket wheels, 265/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Authorities, TRD Shoulder pads on seat belts, no mud flaps, AVS Hoodflector bug shield *removed*, Dee Zee Ultrablack Bull Bar w/ license plate mount, dipped my fuel door for no reason, N-Fab Spare tire mount w/ full size matching spare, dipped eyelids onto my headlights for no reason, dipped my hood for no reason
    Hmm... If it were engaging I'd say it were an electrical problem but since you can't go in and out of FWD I'm not sure. Try taking it to an automotive shop like Firestone and see what they think. Someone on here probably knows a lot more than me though.

    When mine did that, the front actuator went out. Try unplugging the battery for a few seconds to reset everything. See if that fixes it. If not, then it would likely be you actuator
