Hey guys. So, this place called "TechShop" opened up literally two blocks away... and they have a plethora of metalworking supplies.... and free 1 year membership for veterans.

So instead of buying a roof rack, I'm going to dust off the ol' welding skills and make my own. I have the general plan laid out already, the only thing I'm leery about is how to make the mounting brackets. I have a Double Cab and I want to use the factory mounting holes (I mean. They're already there and whatnot).

I know a few of you have made your own, I was wondering if anyone had some measurements or, barring that, knew a quick and dirty way to do a "mock up" of sorts to get it properly built.
