    Michael Hedges....I've never heard better (I know it's subjective)

    Got to see him a few times before he died.

    What was funny was I read an interview once were he said he doesn't really consider himself a guitar player but more a composer.

    This is one of his classics. Off the album 'Aerial Boundries', which I think all guitar players should own.
