OH great and mighty tech people I have a new desktop running windows 8.1 and I need to install a microsoft webcam lifecam HD 3000. Now I have installed the software but I can not find the program on the computer so I can set it up can anyone help

as far as I know I installed the software and drivers so I just downloaded an other webcam program and it now works
