Fog light brighter than the other?

    Plasti-dip badges, TRD vented hood, Any-time fog, 2012 LED tail lights, Pioneer AVH touch screen radio, 6000K HID fogs, 2 1/2" leveling kit
    Has anyone had problems with one fog light being brighter than the other? I thought it may be the bulb so I changed both but I'm still having the same problem. The passenger side is super bright. I did do a anytime fog mod but I feel like that has nothing to do with it.

    Check and make sure it's grounded properly and check the wires.
