im planning on getting a 6 inch lift with 35 inch tires but i want to keep my stock wheels till i have enough money to buy some better ones so i was wondering if these 315/75/16 tires would fit the stock wheels
it looks like they will diameter wise but i dont know about width???

I'm not positive but I think you will have to get wheel spacers and do some good trimming.

The rim width range for those tires is 8.0"-10.0" so if you are going by the manufacture specifications, no they will not safely fit your factory wheels.

Nope... You should get atleast 8" wide rim for that size tire.

The stock wheels are too narrow for a nearly 12.50" wide tire. The amount of air pressure you'd need to ensure the tires are flat on the road would be toooooo low and not safe especially when going around corners. The sidewall would bend/roll and could possibly come off the bead.

If you're on a budget, you should be able to find 16x8 black steal rockcrawler wheels for under $100 each.
