After wrestling with the Tundra vs Tacoma question for several weeks, I pulled the trigger and bought this gorgeous truck on Monday...have had nothing but compliments on it all week. I am in love!

Beautiful! What color is that? It looks a little darker than SWB (Speedway Blue)

That would be 2014's blue called "Blue Ribbon." Beautiful truck.

I have one on the way. DCLB TRD Sport in Blue Ribbon. It's in freight status so it's on the way to my dealer now.

    Congratulations! Blue Ribbon... Decisions decisions...

OP, I suggest you keep up to date on the maintenance pages on TW. My truck is already beyond the point of these suggestions, but when I get a new Taco I plan to...
    Get Weathertech floor liners immediately
    Get door handle scratch guards
    Full synthetic fluids
Maybe spray some rust protectant on the frame?

And of course... Record all maintenance mileages!! Again my truck is beyond that point and I am doing what I can

Also, PLEASE remember that there have been reports of brand new Tacomas getting very bad gas mileage due to the engine not being broken in. Your manual should tell you not to make any big trips for a few thousand miles, and to just make short ones. I hope that is all correct, anyone feel free to correct me.

Other than that, enjoy your truck!!

Those come with every TSS model. I agree, they are nice.

OP, your tires sure are shiny! I wish mine were like that.

Thanks for the warm welcome y'all. I've got the modding bug already and am looking at leather seat covers for my first major mod.

@BobReck congrats on your blue ribbon taco as well...you're gonna love it. I would have considered the TRD package but they are much harder to find in the south. TSS Tacomas and Tundras are the norm down here. I do love the wheels that came with it....very unique.

Congratulations .. we have the same truck.

I agree with Chopper: Weathertech digital floor liners and some form of seat covers. Getting them from day 1 of purchase will protect your investment and keep the interior looking nicer longer!
