Yeah about an hour from San An. since it's in south Austin. They're a high volume dealer so I got a great deal on my truck, but since I haven't had any problems with my truck, I can't say how good their service department is yet. I did meet a few of the service guys when I was buying my truck and was asking them about some mods and what might void my warranty and they were helpful and willing to talk so that was a good sign.

Fre oil changes for life in Canada as well. No point in changing it myself if they will do it for free. They recommend every 6000 miles here as well. I say go with what you are comfortable with as far as longevity is concerned, I would not be too concerned.

Hey, speaking of South Austin (and North East San Antonio), I haven't found anyone that can give me a quote on getting a TrueTrac installed on my rearend...

Do you know of anyone or recommend anyone? I will drive to Austin if I have to.

There's a 4 Wheel Parts store in north central Austin, I've never had anything done there but they have a good rep (I believe there was one in Houston too). I can try to get a hold of my friend I've known since high school who owns a shop just north of Austin. He's done all the work on my Mustang but he does mostly racing and hot rod stuff. Other than that there’s always the Toyota dealers, Champion Toyota (where I got my truck), Charles Maund Toyota, and Classic Toyota (one in San Marcos and Round Rock). I think 4 Wheel Parts will be your best bet though.
