supercharger/trd cat back 3inch lift 265/75/16 duratracs bumper guard led bar
i got a 10 taco db with the pro-comp 3" nitro lift (spacers in the front and block in the rear)
in the instructions/site it says the largest tire you can run is a 33
i still have the stock ucas for now.
im gonna get some level 8 zx wheels and not sure yet on the size tire
cant pick between 285-75-16 or 265-75-16.
i think i will be able run to the 265-75-16 no problem as its a lil taller.
but if i run the 285 i think i might hit the uca or not and i know i might have to trim so plastic/mud flaps
let me know what you think

285's are the worst tires size out there IMHO for these trucks. They rub on everything and give you jack for additional clearance vs stock.

For the amount of work needed to clear 285's might as well go with bigger so you get the added benefits of a taller tire and more clearance...vs what is basically just a wider tire than stock.

My 255's make 285's look like baby tires and I didn't have to:

    beat in fire wall
    cut cab mount
    cut fenders
    rub offroad all the time

I could put on 35's and not rub until I went offroad. :D

All the guys I know running that sized tire who wheel hard rub non-stop or have done extensive modification and still rub.

Stock Tacoma's rub when wheeled hard......
