    Hey folks!

Just picked up a 2014 Double Cab TRD 4x4 and quickly found this great resource for taking care of this kick-ass truck. I bought the truck cause my jeep only gets 10mpg and I need something I can get to work in without going broke, so I traded in my car and got this. After a week of driving it I can say I'm super thrilled about the truck. Ride is great, especially on the badly washboarded roads I take to get to work, and the fuel economy is stellar.

I'm a fairly avid 4x4 guy. My jeep is a 2k TJ with a 4inch lift, 4:10 gears, full-time locked differentials (front and back), Warn rock sliders, and stock axles... I've never broken an axle, so I guess I don't need anything bigger, right?

My true passion is in photography, and having an off-road capable vehicle allows me to get to where the most beautiful pictures are taken.

When I bought the truck my intent was to sell the jeep, and I still have people looking at it, but the more I think about it the more I want to keep it.... Especially now that I can just haul my jeep anywhere I want to go wheeling at.

I'll still need the truck as my daily driver over hard dirt road terrain, but can this truck actually be a replacement for the jeep if the right, and sensible, mods are made?
