    Does anyone know what the legal distance in CA is for having something extend past your bumper im currently building a spare tire mount/bedcage that will hold my spare tire flat and will be sticking out past my rear bumper by about 15 inches at the max? just want to make sure that im not gona get pulled over anymore already had to get rid of my straight pipe and headers due to california's stupid ass noise and emission laws.
