I currently have factory tacoma steel wheels with 265/75/16 mt's on my truck. The tires are decently close to the spindle and uca but not touching and never ub. I am looking at some new wheels but am unsure about back spacing. I have searched all morning and can't find a direct answer. What is the backspace of the factory steel wheels? And to make sure I understand correctly, the larger the backspace number, the closer in the tires will be right?
The wheels I am looking at are 3.52bs. I am wanting the wheels and tires to protrude further from my truck for a better look and stance and to put my mind at ease about the tire being so close to the suspension.
    Thanks
