    Hello,
I am new to this forum and here on behalf of a friend who owns a 2000 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner Xtracab 2WD with 2.7L motor.

I am looking for new tires.
Whats on there now are 255/65/17 in the front and 265/65/17 in the back.
I don't know why they are different sizes but what i do know is that the originals are supposed to be 225/75/15.

The wheels don't look bad, they match the truck well, they came from another Toyota.

My question is, is there a good sized tire close to the original size?
I wanna save some gas, and get the speedo back to being accurate lol

Our truck came new from the dealer (2014 V6, DC SRB TSS sport) with 265/65/17 all terrain tires and they look awesome. It is true bigger tires more in likely equal more weight which would reduce MGP to some degree.
