Has anyone ever successfully swapped from a 2.7 engine to a 3.4 in a Tacoma? I have read alot about people performing the swap in the older Toyotas, but I haven't found much information on the swap for a Tacoma. I have a 95 Tacoma with a 2.7 engine, manual transmission and I plan on installing a 3.4 engine, automatic transmission. The parts I have so far include: 3.4 engine, auto transmission, tranfer case, engine wiring harness, ecm, intake, air box, mass air flow sensor, and exhaust. What other parts will I need? And will the dash harness in my 4 cylinder Tacoma plug into the v6 ecm?
