okay.. well im willing to spend tops maybe 1300 for everything said and done (16 year old minimum wage budget) and im looking for a lift kit. I dont know a lot about suspension but I dont want a spacer kit. The whole reason for this is that I want more travel in the front. I was thinking of buying a set of fox 2.0 coilovers- http://www.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/fox-2-performance-series-coil-over-ifp-shocks
and then some rear shocks - http://www.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/61A7748A0A0.aspx

anyway, what would i need to do basically? would installing these alone lift the truck? what ideas do you guys have on a lift, anything helps.

Do some more research, but I'll tell you off the bat that you wont get any more travel with an OEM length shock. You'll need extended travel shocks with either a taller coil, or an adjustable coilover, and a leaf pack or add-a-leaf to lift the rear. Simply bolting in 2.0 foxes will give you the lift, but not the travel if they are OEM size.

hm. well I say I want more travel because I just bottom out a lot. I spend more time going faster over rough roads rather then slow crawling.. Would the new shocks help with that? and also is it as simple as "bolting it all on"

The new shocks will have better valving and better spring rate so they wont bottom out as much. Better bumps will also help you.

Never ridden with them, but I like Icons and Kings more than Fox.
