    Fellas,
Im a new guy here. Im looking for a double din stereo unit for my 06 tacoma double cab. I would like something that has Bluetooth, NAV, XM Radio, DVD, and compatible for DVD in the back seat for future upgrades. I will also be upgrading the speaker units and adding subs at a later time. I have looked at some of the web sites you guys have posted and I wondering what you guys put in your trucks. Something that is a nice, and capable unit that wont break the bank. Im just looking for a little Boom, Boom........Arn't we all LOL! Thanks for the help fellas!

Take a look at the Pioneers, Kenwoods, and Alpines starting at about $500-$600. These companies make pretty solid units and you should be happy with one of them. And to get nav in a reliable unit, you will likely need to spend at a minimum of $500.

Go to a local car stereo shop and actually use them. You might find you don't like the way one works, but you like the way another one works.

I'm looking at the Kenwood Excelon DNX890 - there are refurbs on Ebay and Amazon for $500.
