American Racing rims and 285/75/16

Hey everyone... I was shopping around looking for things to put on my Tacoma and I stumbled across these:

The guy says they are off a 2004 taco with a 2 inch lift. What im wondering is will these fit on my 2005 tacoma? I have billies all the way around with a 1 inch block in the back and the front are in the 3rd notch. Thanks!

American racing 8 hole aluminum wheels with center caps and lugnuts, with dick cepeck 285/75/16

 

The guys says The backspaceing is 1 1/8 inches and the off set is about 3 inches..... can anyone help me???
