Bearing noise after 40mph

    My truck has 175,000 miles and is making a noise in the drive train. If I put the truck in neutral the noise doesn't change. If I swerve to the left the noise is louder, when I swerve to the right the noise is less. I think it is a wheel bearing just trying to make sure that is the case.

    Have you changed out a wheel bearing? If so how difficult is it?
