    Great advice given so far. But since you said you will only be doing 5% offroading on the ranch that setup might be overkill IMO. Look into the OME package lift as well. Its only $700. It will ride super nice. Then you can get a set of uca's (i reccomend the light racing ones for your application). Even if you did go with the tc uca's you will only be at $1300 total. Then use the rest on wheels and or tires.

    For you lift/rims/tires gurus. What do you guys think of this combo.

    * ICON CO Stage 2
    * Light Racing UCA's
    * Dick Cepek DC-1

    17x9, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern
    BackSpace 4.5 in.
    Max Load= 2500lbs
    Finish = Black
    Offset = -12 mm
    (DO I NEED HUBCENTRIC?)
    *BFG 285/75/17

    Is there any bad things to be expected with this setup...mostly...problems with the tires?

    Looks good to me, but I'm not sure with the tires. I think most guys run 285/70/17 - not sure what the '75' will do to the tire size

    Edit: Those are almost a 34" tire. To minimize the amount of rubbing, I would go with 285/70/17, which is almost a 33" tire.

    id go w/ a better UCA, one with a uni ball instead of a ball joint. this would allow you to get the most travel out of your CO's assuming you get the extended travel ones. but your call, and $ has to allow you to do so. just go w/ the smaller tire size 285/70 and your good to go!

    Since the place I plan to get the Icons from has the TC UCA's too I think I am going to get those. They are pricey, but beefy and I am not worried about routine maintenance of greesing the uniball. I posted the wrong rims I wanted. Ill add later the ones I want.
