That's some gnarly damage man. Glad you're alright. Hopefully you get compensated properly.

Well, the insurance company is totaling it. Now I am trying to get what it is worth. They say my 6 month old 18x8 Lorenzo wheels are worth $35.00. No value for all the lights on the front or the suspension mods. No value for the cruise control or intermittent wiper mod.

I know youre being sarcastic but id fix that in less than a month if I took some time off work, especially with no blown air bags. When they start ringing up all these parts new and shop labor could reach $100 an hour, its easy to total anything. Paint and supplies alone have ran $1000+ on different cars ive fixed.

"Accidents" that aren't your fault suck. A drunk driving idiot doing 50 mph trying to make a right turn crashed right into me while I was waiting at a stop light. I was in a 93 Fuso which is built like a tank and is high off the ground, if I was in my Accord, Civic, or Taco things would have been much worse I'm sure.

    Good luck OP!

Dude, the truck can be fixed or even replaced. The real issue is your health. Sounds like you may have some long term effects from this. I hope you get better soon. In any case, you deserve compensation for pain and suffering and any damage that might be permanent no matter how insignificant it might seem.

I did not get off as easy as I thought. I developed neuro problems. I have TBI. No work for 2 weeks . Brain injuries are no fun.
