(1) is brand new and (2) are used but in excellent condition. Does not come with wire harness/switch. I do have a brand new IPF Remote/Wireless switch/relay system for an additional cost. If anyone is wondering, these can be easily converted to HID using a generic mini/slim ballast kit as all the components fit INSIDE the housing (these are some big lights). They are still amazing as halogen lamps.
