I have a 2013 DCSB Sport with 5k miles on it. At 2k, installed a Toytec Boss 3" lift with AAL's. The shop aligned it and provided a print-out showing the reading. Drove perfectly.

Three days later, had a set of Hankook Dynapros in 275/70R17 installed on the stock alloys. Alignment was perfect, with no pull at all.

I did feel a vibration at highway speed, so...

    1. Had them re-balanced with no change.
    2. Took it back and had them re-balanced and rotated, again with no luck.
    3. Went back a third time and Road Force balanced and wound up with two pounds of weight on the driver front. One and a half pounds on another.

Too much I said. Take them off.

Installed Cooper Discoverer AT3's, same size on same wheels. Immediately felt a pull to the right at all speeds, accelerating and decelerating, no matter.

    Radial pull?

    1. Swapped fronts side to side, no change.
    2. Re-checked alignment...perfect.
    3. Moved the rears to the front, no change. 4. Rechecked alignment at another local shops. Results...perfect, but still pulls right.

Everyone is at a loss as to what to do next. Hard to believe that it's the Cooper tires, but no pull ever existed before them. Two alignment machines can't be lying. Is it time to ditch the tires and go to yet another?

This has gotten very frustrating! The kicker is that my wheels are now scratched and gouged horribly from all of the on and offs and balancing. :(

Check tire pressure, get back on the road where it pulls to the right and go the opposite direction and report back

Tire pressure has been checked and re-checked. In fact, just returned from a 750 mile road trip with numerous off road trails and an equal number of air-downs and refills checking with two gauges.

Pulls right on all roads. One lane shift in a construction zone put us on the left side of the road for a couple of miles. Drove straight as an arrow with no pull.

You said you had 275/70 installed and the printout says 265/65, is that just generic or are they supposed to put your tire size in?

Also the first printout says 245/75R16. Does it matter?

Interesting...here's shop number three's results, one hour after shop two:

Yeah, I don't believe that that is an issue. Good thinking though.

Looks like something is loose for it to move that far. Is there any way to get that caster lower or are you at the max because of stock UCA? its genneraly going to pull to the side with the least amount of positive caster

It is on the rack now. One shop said no adjusting the caster. This tech says he thinks he can.

By the way, running Light Racing UCA's.

Has anyone actually adjusted the LR UCAs? I know a lot of shops won't touch them. You may have to put a couple degrees on it yourself and let the shop adjust it the rest of the way with the stock adjusters.

The tire size indicated on the alignment printout is a setting that you pick for the original tire size on the vehicle. There is no way to input what size tires are currently on it.
