2003 tacoma ext. cab 4x4 with 175,000 miles. Runs great, but driving on stock suspension so rides a little rough. I want to put a lift on as well, and was thinking of http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Bilstein-Adjustable-lift-kit-with-5100-shocks-_p_1137.html 3 inch lift. I don't haul much or put much weight in the bed of the truck so I'm thinking of doing blocks in the rear until I can purchase new leaf packs for the rear.

Any issues I should look to avoid with putting a lift on with this many miles? Some different opinions would be nice, thanks.

Pretty much stock with some crap welded to it.
I'd go with a aal in the rear instead of a block but it sounds like a good kit just make sure to install the billy struts at 0 with the eibach coils
