So after spending a month or more researching and reading threads about suspension, I finally decided to go with All Pro standard leaf pack. Most all quality leaf pack dealers said around 3 weeks. So I ordered a set On June 3rd 2014. I waiting patiently and after almost 5 weeks now July 15 I went to UPS to pick them up only to see that both leafs were damaged just enough that one was not going to go in right and the other was unsafe. Called and spoke with Landen about them, he asked to send pictures and I did, he replied send them back. I was also told they were left over stock or something and sent them, looking at them you could immediately tell they were not fit to go on a vehicle. I sent them back and was told that it would be a couple more weeks. So I called in a couple weeks around late July and was told another 3 weeks by a supervisor. It's now August 13th 9 weeks and the season is nearing an end next month Ryan says August 25th they should have them, so a week after the 25th they will get them, however long it will take them to process and another week to get to me again. So most likely won't see these springs till mid September, what a bunch of BS. Only thing they have offered are unable sincere apology at best. Had I known they were not the makers and all the trouble and wait I have endured, I would have paid the extra $300 and went with Alcan. Now I have to consider canceling my off road vacation to moab. I won't buy from here again nor will I recommend them. Extremely disappointed my off road season will most likely not happen thanks to these guys, I hope they are enjoying theirs.

I'm not able to see the springs myself, but from the pics, I don't really see anything too wrong with them. The u-clamp on on the one just needs to be smacked back over a bit. That could have happened during shipping. Leaf springs are just not a super high end finished product like a set of coilovers would be.

The wait time sucked balls and that could have been better, but I agree with the others as far as damage goes. Every single leaf pack I have seen looks like this, paint not the best, scratches, chipped paint with rust, clips bent, ...... this is just expected with something so heavy that 99% of the time does not get boxed.

They honestly look good to me and should be more than safe to install.

I think if you order Alcans, Deavers, Dakars or any other springs from any other manufacturer you are going to see the results.

Nothing new here at all, you should have just installed them and enjoyed.

When ordering truck parts don't expect perfection, just trying to honest with you here.

I don't see a thing WRONG with those springs...so a clip needs a whack with a hammer...those look as good as any springs I have ever received...

Your last name's Hatfield? Mine too.

I think with some minor hammer time your springs could have worked.

I'm no expert on springs, I know how to use them and install them. I sent them the picture to let them decide. But one of the Springs, the inner eye was off center and much bigger than the same eye on the opposite set. Bigger meaning wider. But chips and scratches I would have been fine with. But I let them make the call. But for nearly $500, I shouldn't have to rework anything. But time has really been the biggest issue, I asked them explicitly before I ordered how sure they were of the time frame.

No more taco life for me
After 2 weeks of waiting for Allpro to receive my fox shocks, and being offered to have springs/brake lines shipped before the shocks showed up.. (I kindly declined as they already were eating shipping costs) They finally received the shocks and then 1.5months later I am still waiting for expos to be in supply... so apparently when they offered to ship things before they didn't have them or they didn't hold them for me even though I paid for them. I highly recommend using another vendor rather than all pro regardless of quality.

I canceled my order the other day, they don't deserve my business.
