Looks like I'm going to have to replace the input shaft on the transmission. What I would like to know is with the bearing cover removed and the case seperated, can I remove the input shaft from the front without having to disassemble the entire thing. Basically, can I remove the input shaft from the main shaft, install a new bearing on the new input shaft and reassemble everything? Thanks.
