Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
First, listen to the sound in this vid:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZq18bXCCu4
(not my truck, but it's the same sound)

Truck: 2014 TRD doublecab V6/6M, SAW's up front, set to ~ 2.25" of lift, swaybar relocation kit installed, AAL in the back.

Conditions: Usually with some flex in the front suspension (i.e. crossing gullies and washes), does it in 4WD and 2WD, steering wheel can be straight or turned, makes no difference. No braking, just easing through a rough spot. Primarily noticed on DS, in fact I don't think I've heard it on the PS. Noise may happen once or it may repeat as if it's something rotating and banging. Amount of flex seems to not matter. Could be a little, could be a lot. Again, I am NOT braking when this happens, so it's not the brake 'clank' some people have.

What I've checked: Skid plate, sway bar, springs - nothing seems to be making contact with anything else. Shifts in/out of 4HI/4LO fine, no bad noises or vibrations. Checked torque on LCA and UCA bolts, no issues. No problems when the truck was stock (though it wasn't stock very long). Tie rod end nuts are properly torqued and cotter pins still installed. No evidence of brake backing plate making contact with suspension. In fact I can't find any evidence of anything hitting anything else.

Thoughts on what to check next?

Probably a big of a long shot, but check that the nuts are tight on the front crash bar and spacers (AKA bumper re-bar). If they are a bit loose, you'll get snapping when the frame flexes.

Not a bad idea, but I don't have that junk anymore. I slapped an Aluminess on some time back. Still, I'll double-check the hardware and make sure it's still snug.

Forgot one other thing I did to find the noise - jacked up the truck on the DS and spun the wheel - the CV's and differential were at least quiet - no noise coming from there. Also shook the wheel at 12-6 and 3-9 - no noises, not loose, etc.
