    Update: After using goo gone, WD40 and butter, this stuff worked the best of anything. Letting it sit for a minute, it loosened up the sap enough that I was able to wipe it off with a microfiber cloth. Still a bit of nail-scraping required, but noticeably better than the other options I tried and I don't think it's as hard on the paint either.
