Does anyone have any experience running an 11.5" wide tire on a 15x7" wheel?
I have an 03 double cab, with a daystar leveling kit. I wanted to put 32" tires on it, but all recommend an 8-10" wide wheel.
I am worried that 31" tires will look too small, and buying new 8" wide wheels is not an option.
I know they will go on, but I am not sure what will be affected by using a 15x7" wheel.
FYI: I try to take my motorcycle to work when I can. But when I do drive my truck, I commute 35 miles per day.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Well after driving the truck for several days of driving with 32x11.50's on the 15x7" wheels, it hasn't been great. It wanders a fair amount, and there is some power loss. I just picked up a set of Cooper STT's in 31x10.50 on the cheap. I will run those, and hopefully they look as good on the truck as they do on their own.

maybe you need it re-aligned after putting those 32s on. I just put some 32 STTs on mine and i noticed some power loss but thats expected. Theyre on my stock 15x7s as well. Although i did order me a set of 15x8 mickey thompson classic iii.

I have since bought a set of the new Fun Country's in 32x11.50. They track much better.
