suggestions regarding weight

Looking at getting a fab four bumper/grill guard. I have hit 3 deer on these illinois highways. Don't wanna hit any in my 2012 4 door short bed. A little concerned about the weight, because I'm also have a little 14ft aluminum jon boat. The custom fab four front bumper looks to be about 140 to 150lbs. I haven't done anything to my tocoma but put on 285 70 16. I don't wanna make the wrong purchase in lifting the truck with a 2 to 3in lift. Suggestions regarding the way to lift?
