2014 tundra stamping on tacoma?

If it's going to be dead center (Which I think blows) I would prefer them to do the throw back "TOYOTA" instead of Tacoma. If they do the offset like the Tundra, then it should say Tacoma.

Contractors will hate this tailgate though. One reason the newest Tundra doesn't sell as well to them, because your screwed if you want to put any kind of company logo in that location. One of the best things about the current 2nd gen, is that it's one of the few completely smooth tailgates on the market, perfect for putting company graphics or logos.

It has Toyota stamped on the tailgate handle. The tailgate of the new Tundra is as ugly as the grille.

 

Use the money that it would cost for that engraving for real upgrades to match the price...

 

I think there are more reasons why the Tundra doesn't sell as much to contractors. I don't think tailgate graphic location is ever anywhere near the main reason why people choose to not get a Tundra.
