I think I would rather have a Tesla though

Another popular way of shipping vehicles is by train. Take a look at the NUMMI plant on Google Maps. There are many rail lines right next to the plant.

The Baja plant makes only DC V6, but has a capacity of only 50,000 complete trucks a year, so the Texas plant makes DC too. The Baja plant likely isn't tooled to make AC and RC trucks.

The Texas plant has a combined capacity of 200,000 trucks per year. So if Tundra sales pick up, Toyota will have some juggling to do.
