Window not rolling down automatically

What's up y'all

I just noticed that my drivers window isn't rolling automatically.....
I purchased the truck used about a year ago (2006, V6 prerunner sr5).
Trying to recall, I don't think that it has ever functioned in that fashion.

Before I take it apart and start investigating, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue.

I've tried searching, but to no avail.
Any advice would be appreciated!

 

Hmmm never heard of this.
I would take it apart as you posted. Make sure the pin is in the right place.
It's gotta be centered from when you open it up.
