Hey, guys I'm new here. I read a previous post but it wasn't exactly what I needed help with. I have an 2001 tacoma prerunner and I bought some pilot led replacement bulbs. They fit fine but when I turn the lights on the fuses blow. My friend said to put in larger fuse sizes but that's sketchy to me. I don't know much about electrical so if anyone can help that would be great! Oh and the new bulbs are 12v if that helps

Fuses are blowing for a reason, a bigger fuse would just short something else instead of a cheap fuse
Your friend is dumbass and I'm glad you haven't followed his advice and burnt your truck to the ground.
