I replaced my pads with new OEM. I had read other people suggest changing the rotors with pads every other pad replacement. I did this so I still have the same rotors - bought them from a Napa parts store and they're been on my truck for 25k, since the last pad replacement.

Taking off the recent pads (which were also Napa brand) the pads weren't worn evenly. All pads have been worn significantly, with the left side having gone down to the pin on the pad. The other pad from the left side was almost down to the pin.

The right side had a little left on them but not much and both were worn somewhat similar - though not close enough to be identical.

Should I be concerned that my rotors are warped? Do pads usually not wear completely evenly?

Cheap pads won't wear evenly. That's one reason they're cheap.

Unless the rotors are warped, don't sweat it, just throw new pads on there.
