I bought my Tacoma used with an extended warranty to 100K. I took it to Stewart Toyota to see if they would replace the leaf springs under the TSB. They inspected it and said "your entire suspension should be replaced at this point." I said "What is covered by my warranty?" "It should be everything. Calling them now to get the claim started." Eventually they sent an inspector out who said everything was good to replace it all under warranty. It took a few days to get the paperwork finalized before they ordered the parts. The warranty company backtracked and said "Our inspector didn't approve replacing the shocks." The service manager, Jay Bruce, fought with the warranty company. I watched him call them and start yelling at the guy. He went above and beyond to do everything he could to take care of me and my truck. They didn't replaced everything, but they did do the TSB for the leafs which was all I asked for when I initially went in. It would've been around $2000 to have them do it otherwise.

I will go to them for anything I need from now on just because of this experience with them. If you're around that area, I highly suggest giving them a call if you need anything.
