I found a used 6" Fabtech lift for sale. The guy wants $1000 for it. I know the lifts are about $2,200 new so is this a good price? I know it needs a new front driver side shock. Any input would be great or if anyone knows of any other lifts for sale please let me know.

Is it the white shock version or the coilovers? If its the coilovers it isnt a good deal because a replacement is about $500 whereas a replacement white shock is under $100 each

Its a so so deal. Go to Fabtechs webpage and download the checklist and make sure everything is included. Because it needs a shock I would offer no more than $750 because its a good idea to replace both shocks at the same time.

Yeah I will deffinitely be replacing both the front shocks. Can you run the bilstein/eibachs with a Fabtech lift? I'm pretty sure it needs new rear shocks as well..I found the component box for $950 brand new. Do you know what else I would need besides shocks to complete this lift kit?

Like I said, go to www.fabtechmotorsports.com and download the checklist to make sure you have everything which should be there.

    i lol'd.

remember that a drop bracket lift includes the removal and replacement of a cross member so whatever used kit you're looking at has been welded and cut before. knowing that alone I wouldn't really trust anything that wasn't a damned good price. like half value. but then again I hate drop brackets.
