While coming to a stop my tacoma vibrates, new brakes and rotors were done 3 months ago. Maybe I need to replace my ball joints? Cv axle? My other issue is that my 2 front tires thread is uneven, some thread is still new and the middle thread is wearing out way sooner then the rest of the tire. I already rotated these tires to the back. In law told me it can be my alignment. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the help!

Jon- I have icon coilovers on a 3 inch lift. Truck currently has 120,000 miles. I have bfg mud tires will that be a issue ? I had nitto grapplers before and I never had a issue. But after 4 months with these tires it started happening

What tire pressure are you running? Over-inflated tires will wear out the center.

Are you running aftermarket or OEM wheels? What size are your tires?

When was the last time you had an allignment?

I'm not sure what pressure I'm running but I'll check. I have aftermarket 17 inch wheels. This issue just started happening about 3 months ago.

Are the BFG's the same size as the nittos you had? Or did you change size?

Did you have the same wheels on with the nittos'?

Reason I ask - is wheel width (not height) can be critical to tire width.

What is the WIDTH of your wheels? What's the size of your tires?

If running the BFG MT's they have fairly aggressive lugs & tend to run a little rough, as you'd expect, if uneven front tire wear most likely an alignment issue, Any recent rotation of tires ?? May be time too

I just rotated them. Maybe it's the alignment I'll try that tomorrow. Any suggestions of why my tacoma vibrates when I'm coming to a stop?

The KM2's have aggresive big lugs. I can feel the lug pattern vibing on the ground when I'm going really slow. As for the tires wearing in the middle, it could be they're over inflated. I don't have any vibes at higher speeds and don't have uneven wear on mine though.
