You were nice about it and also gave him the chance to be nice. As long as he stays nice, then you can stay nice too.:)

However, if he decides to be a dick...then it's time to be "not nice"

Just go about things legally and in the eyes of the law, you'll come out looking like the nice/good guy that you already proved yourself to be. ;)

I towed my neighbors car that kept parking blocking my driveway. I even came home one night and they were in my driveway. That was the first tow. The second was about a month later. I left my wallet at home and ran home to get it on my lunch. I came down the road and they were blocking my driveway. I pulled in the front lawn and called my a tow truck. No police involved the second time.

Call the cops. Cops will write ticket, cops will call towing company, owner pays.

I know cause it happened to me when had my lifted comanche. i parked next to the curb of my driveway in legal distance. I had expired tags not even a month old and got towed for it. Its illegal to have it on the road.

good on being nice but if he does it again have it ticketed and they just might tow it. if a cop thinks your vehicle is unsafe for any reason, he can have it towed.

I like the big island…you can find out who calls in complaints and crime stoppers aint shit if you're trying to stay anonymous.

but I just came back from oahu and as always, too many people, too many cars, not enough room. I grew up where at my grandmas theres always somebody parked on the sidewalk or parallel parking on driveways. but then again cops drive the patrol cars over medians and park wherever they like, so as a resident I feel I can do the same. lol
