I have a stock 2009 Tacoma TRD/Offroad with stock rims. I need to find replacements lugs for the factory lugs. Tired of the deforming. Does anyone make a solid lug nut? Tim

So you just want to replace the stock lugs with aftermarket lugs? Discount tire sells lugs.

That is correct. Every time I have the dealer rotate and balance the tires, I end up coming home and torqueing the lugs myself only to have one or two lugs deformed and end up replacing them. These stock lugs are covered with a softer metal that can not stand up to the abuse of a torque gun at all. Tim

Are they torquing them or just putting them on with an impact?

They are sup using torque sticks but I retorque them to 85 ft/lbs when I get home. Usually one or two of the lugs are deformed enough that once I get them off, I have to replace them. I am tired of dealing with the factory lugs and looking to an aftermarket lug that is solid. Tim
