I am running bilstiens set at the maximum height. Recently I just started to get a squeak on the drivers side. Only occurs when wheels are straight and when there is a bump or when you get in. I had my lower ball joints replaced 4000 miles ago. Does the ball joint need grease since it's greasable or what could be causing the problem.

You might want to strongly consider having someone bounce the front end with them laying down and literally pulling the truck down making the front bounce while you take a long flathead screwdriver and put the tip onto the areas in question. If all is okay and you are experiencing the problem still, I would strongly recommend you check the body mount bushings in the front on the sides by the radiator. I had an issue that sounded like a squeak in the front and it was because the bushings were bone dry. After spraying some silicone spray all over them and even loosening the mounts real quick to spray in the spray lube the issue ceased to exist.

    Good luck :)
