I just had an amp and a 10" sub installed in my 02 Prerunner a week ago and now i hear a slight whistle whenever i accelerate. It is constant while on the freeway. Also my check engine light is on. I cant imagine the stereo install had anything to do with my acceleration. Any ideas of what i have going on?

Confusing how that can be related......
Not underhood, like a vac leak?

Does it change pitch with rpm or speed?
